Itinerary
Day 1: Djibouti – Lake Abbé
• Overnight: Lake Abbé Camp or Neem Farm
• Departure from Djibouti City between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. We cross the Grand Bara, Djibouti's largest and most expansive desert plain, offering impressive open landscapes.
• We then continue towards Dikhil, often called the capital of unity, before heading southwest.
• In the late afternoon, arrival at the spectacular Lake Abbé, a unique and almost surreal site, famous for its limestone chimneys reaching over 50 meters in height. The sunset offers a magical and unforgettable atmosphere.
• Camp setup, dinner and night in the calm of Lake Abbé.Day 2: Lake Abbé – Lake Assal – Ghoubet
• Overnight: Ghoubet Camp
• Early morning departure to witness the sunrise at Lake Abbé, followed by an in-depth guided tour of the site (chimneys, fumaroles and surrounding landscapes). Return to camp for breakfast.
• We then take the road to the center of the country with a lunch stop in Dikhil, before crossing the Rift region passing through The Fault, spectacular canyons, Ghoubet, as well as natural hot water springs.
• Arrival at Lake Assal, Africa's lowest point at 155 meters below sea level. Visit the salt lake and its volcanic landscapes, then continue to Ghoubet camp for dinner and overnight.Day 3: Ghoubet – Tadjourah – White Sand
• Overnight: Le Golfe, Gadileh or White Sand
• After breakfast, departure to Tadjourah, one of Djibouti's oldest cities, nicknamed the "White City" due to its whitewashed buildings.
• Guided tour of the city to discover its history, architecture and coastal atmosphere. We then continue along the Gulf of Tadjourah to White Sand, famous for its white sand beach and turquoise waters.
• Free time for seaside relaxation. Dinner and overnight at selected accommodation.Day 4: Tadjourah – Djibouti City
• Overnight: Hotel Les Acacias or similar
• After breakfast, return to Djibouti City. Upon arrival, guided tour of the capital including the European quarter, African quarter, People's Palace, Djibouti port and other iconic sites.
• Transfer to your hotel. End of tour. -

What to Bring
Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, camera, light jacket for evenings, personal toiletries and any necessary medication.

• 25% Refund: Cancel between 4 days (96 hours) and one week before start time.
• 50% Refund: Cancel between 48 hours and 4 days before start time.
